25 July 2025 I got the reminder of dues demand notice. I have no information about what is the update of such matter. But demand which is shown in notice is wrong. What should I do they are telling that they will attached my bank account to recover. What will be my step ?

25 July 2025 Yes sir I have Taxable and Exempted Supply. They are adjusting my Input tax with exempted supply and treated as Common Input. But We are not taking tax input which is not related with Trade.

25 July 2025 You should have appeal within time limit. Contact a professional who can convince the tax officer about the relation of supply with relevant credit. You have to take action at earliest; otherwise you will be in more trouble.
