i have come across cash transaction limited to Rs.3,00,000/-. Does it apply to the person who does in small transaction and exceeds the limit in an average either for trading purpose or for a personal use.

I want DT and IDT amendment for final may 2017.. Please share the files or link asap..

as per scheduled v where the effective capital is negative or less then 5 crore. the yearly remuneration payable limit is 60 Lakh. however the limit can be doubled if special resolution is passed by share holders,
my query is :- suppose if pvt. ltd company profit is 50 Lakh before directors remuneration and the effective capital is below 5 crore. then how much maximum remuneration can be paid to directors weather 60 lakh or 50 lakh,

pls clarify....

I have a query regarding Eligibility Test which is scheduled to be conducted for Nov 2017 exams for students appearing for the first time.
My query is that, if I appear for 1st group only in May 2017 exam, would I be required to appear for eligibility test for 2nd group in Nov 2017 attempt?

sir it is right to join big firm rather than samll size firm . is it effects very much our job after ca final. can we not get mininum 50000 rs salary if we training in small size firm .plz tell me i am very confused

am not able to concentrate completely on my studies am unable to understand in such a mind whether i can prepare for exams well i need help badly at this point of time i feel like going to job as i have not yet started earning and mean while somewhere i feel i will study but totally i am unable to concentrate completely on my studies am scattered most of the time i am very depressed some times which is becoming hard for me to cope up with please suggest me thank you alot
