sir it is right to join big firm rather than samll size firm . is it effects very much our job after ca final. can we not get mininum 50000 rs salary if we training in small size firm .plz tell me i am very confused

Better no to go for small size firms. U can search for a Big4s firm or a mid size firm. And its not compulsory that u'll going to get Minimum 50K salary salary by working in any Big4s. It depends on ur skills to get the salary, it may b more than 50K or less too.
