how can i get my ITT certificate????????

if basic salary for f.y. 2013-14 p.m (16500x12=198000)+ CONVEYANCE ALLOW. (800x12=9600)
TOTAL SALARY = 207600/-
CAN TDS IS DEDUCTABLE WHILE 9600 IS EXAMPTED

Late filling of form-8

Sir,
I have a Query regarding the late Filling of Form 8, Please help me in this regards.
the mater is as Follows" One of our Client is a Private ltd. Company which obtained a term Loan from a nationalised bank .The date of Documentation is 24/07/2013 whereas the date of sanction is 05/08/2013.But the Form 8 has not been filled with ROC Yet.So,Please Guide me about the Further Procedures & Requirements in this mater".

Form 16a

i got my 16A form with some mistakes,i approached deductor and he made correction c3 and gave ack form 26Q,when i open quarterly statement status with this prn number i am getting "status available at cpc",i approached deductor,he is saying it takes much time for correction 2 months passed away like this.now what should i do?
