Sir,
I have a Query regarding the late Filling of Form 8, Please help me in this regards.
the mater is as Follows" One of our Client is a Private ltd. Company which obtained a term Loan from a nationalised bank .The date of Documentation is 24/07/2013 whereas the date of sanction is 05/08/2013.But the Form 8 has not been filled with ROC Yet.So,Please Guide me about the Further Procedures & Requirements in this mater".

Form 8 is to be submitted within 30 days of the execution of the documents further 30 days grace period is allowed with additional fee. After that you need to get the delay condoned after that form 8 can be filed.
