Presently, i am working with an ISO 9001:2008 accredited Listed Company as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and and Risk Officer and dealing heading the Secretarial and Legal Department mainly compliance with Listing Regulations, Company Law and other Corporate Laws including Takeover Code and Insider Trading Regulations and other insurance related matters and filing claims. Also aggresively dealing with National Company Law Tribunal Matters.

NAMASTE SIR, I NEED UR ADVISE ON A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY WHOSE RETURNS OF LAST 10-12 YRS ARE NOT FILED YET. THE COMPANY HAS GONE DORMANT. SO WHICH FORM IS TO BE FILED TO MAKE IT ACTIVE AGAIN AND THE FORMS WILL BE FORM 23AC,23ACA, 20B, 23B OR IT WILL BE THE LATEST FORMS WHICH IS UPDATED AS PER COMPANIES ACT, 2013(AOC-4, MGT-7 AND ADT-1).
