can 2 or more companies have same registered office in ROC, 2 companies stating same address as its registered office...Is it possible...please specify section???

YES 2 OR MORE COMPANIES HAVE SAME ADDRESS AS THEIR RO. THERE IS NO RESTRICTION ON 2 COMPANIES HAVING SAME ADDRESS AS ITS REGISTERED OFFICE. IN MY GROUP THERE ARE 11 COMPANIES AND ALL OF THEM HAVE SAME ADDRESS AS THEIR REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS.
