fact:-can interest can claimed on delay payemnt of dividend amt?
if yes how much?

Dividend can be claimed upto 7 year from the date of its declaration.
However, no interest can be claimed on the Dividend amount. The Company has already declared and distributed dividend if any shareholder did not received the same he can claim upto 7 years of the date of declaration.
