24 November 2011 fact:-can interest can claimed on delay payemnt of dividend amt?
if yes how much?
for claim interest on non -payment of dividend what is the procedure?


non -receving dividend amt for 2 years?
please give other details which is related to this matter .

28 November 2011 Dividend can be claimed upto 7 year from the date of its declaration.

However, no interest can be claimed on the Dividend amount. The Company has already declared and distributed dividend if any shareholder did not received the same he can claim upto 7 years of the date of declaration.
