IF U DID MISTAKE IN FORM 1, 1A AND FORM 44 THEN U CAN FILE FORM 68...............RECTIFICATION OF MISTAKE

If you have came upto name availability stage only and if form IA is approved you can't correct the mistake. e-form 68 will not help you at this stage.
