25 November 2011 Dear All,

A co. has increased salary of MD on reappointment it required the Central Goverment approval? As we need to file Form 25A?
But is it compulsory to File Form 25C with ROC & which form has to be filed first with ROC.

Please clarify the procedure.

26 November 2011 Only one form is required to be filed either form 25A for approval from Central Government or form 25C appointment without approval of Central Government.

26 November 2011 If the provisions of part I and part II of Schedule XIII has been complied with no approval form Central Government is required. You just need to file form 25C within 90 days of appointment.
