I am working in a proprietorship and they are giving me salary in cash . so in that case will company can issue a salary slip ?

will b there any changes in syllabus of ipcc nov 2014?

guys plzz tell me how to practice sums in costing and accounts.. wenevr i sit fr dng sums nd attend the first sum i gt bored nd leave the sums nd start reading the answers of all sums widout practising it... nd if by chance i do more than 3 sums n if i go wrong somwhr my intrest goes frm practicing sums... i use padhukas book for costing nd for accounts i go to mp vijay kumar classes nd follow his notes oly... plzzz suggest me som tips for practising sums... nd plzz tel me wat shall i do wen i go wrong in any step..

THE CLIENT HAD NOT FILED RETURNS FOR AY 2009-10, 2010-11 & 2011-12 BUT TDS WAS DEDUCTED ON HIS PAN NO. NOW THE CLIENT WANTS TO GET THAT TDS AMOUT AS REFUND. SO IS THERE ANY WAY SO THAT WE CAN GET REFUND OF THOSE YEARS ??
SUGGEST OR ADVICE THE PROCEDURE IF ANY

IN CASE OF A CORPORATE, HAVING TURNOVER OF 72 LACS ,SHOULD I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD BALANCE SHEET WITH ANNEXURES WITH DSC OF CA OR JUST TO FILE IT RETURN WITH CLIENTS DSC

is it mandatory to be singned exam form with principle for 1st time appear in exam??? can any other member can sign????

If i have taken leave of 250 days (including exams and other leave which does not part of working days)

So..as per Institute Regulation No 59 how much extension days i have to work...

hello sir....i have joined for articleship in a firm where the office timings is from 9:30 am to 6pm . iam also pursuing bcom where the college timings is:
morning session - 7am to 9:30am
evening session - 6pm to 8:30pm
will there be any problem regarding timings
?will icai object to this?
