My father had bought a Birla Insurance policy for my sister when she was a minor. So life insured is in her name but policy owner is my father and he had been paying the premium from his account. Now she has turned major so my father paid the premium from her accounts for income tax exemption. So, will she get the exemption or i will have to change the policy owner's name from my father's name to her name?

Hello friends, I want to do industrial training in my last year of articleship,but when i hv told to my principal she is telling me that she will give transfer for Industrial Training only after September though I have told her today on 8th March.Also, my articleship will complete on April,2015 . So, as per the rules,I have to go for IT at least 9 months and after September it will only 7 months to go.Please help me, my principal is harassing me.
