Sir, Company law ka complete syllabus change ho gaya hai for Ipcc because of company law 2013 k introduce hone se ?? Means old syllabus company law 1956 is useless ??

I have to pay advance against property of Rs. 20,00,000/- toward sale consideration of Rs.1,00,00,000/- sale deed to be executed after 6 months, please suggest me whether should I pay TDS @ 1% on this advance amount or should I pay at the time of sale consideration fully paid.

sir I am taking rent of Rs.1,00,000/- p.m on which service tax liability is arise but I want that company who is giving me rent, paid service tax on behalf of me I dont get want to registered in service tax, my company(tenant) is ready to pay service tax on behalf of me of which they will take cenvat credit whether it is correct practice or what should I do please suggest me

everyone is saying that today's costing and fm ppr was too easy. ok! I found it hard because I didn't practice. I am in the third year of articleship and want transfer on medical ground but i have following doubts-

i)when should i send a request for transfer to the Institute (at starting or after 3 months)?

ii)what should be the content of medical certificate given by a govt. doctor?

iii) what shall be the consequences of this transfer, will this reduce the period of articleship done up to now by me?

iv) what if my principle doesn't become agree for my transfer on medical ground?

Does the MCA site Data base contain all the companies registered from 1956 to till date.

Can any one explain how to check the genuineness of companies existence as an outsider of company

Please enlighten me how to get UCN from RBI.
I applied in MEAICAI in Aug, 13 for enrollment having established the Firm in Dec,2011. In the list published by ICAI later, it was mentioned that we are Ineligible.

Without this UCN even the normal starting assignments such as Concurrent Audits are not being allotted by the PSU Banks. It is becoming increasingly unattractive to start practice with so many untold rules being introduced every now and then by Banks, RBI, ICAI and so on.
