Just wanted to confirm that service tax is same for all states in INDIA

Service tax is applicable to whole of india except the state of Jammu and Kashmir. The rate is 12.36%

W is doing Some Interior Designer Work
X is doing Teaching Work
Y is doing CA Work
Z is doing some consultancy work
Will all above comes under same service TAX.
Basically I would like to know is there any different service tax for different services.

all covered under service tax. standard 12.36% service tax shall apply.

No Sarika, You can just show service tax @ 12.36% separately, That is more than enough
