HOW DOES THE TAX SYSTEM CHANGES WITH GST?

I m dissolving my partnership and i m going to open a proprietorship for a same business so can i use my partnership's Service Tax certificate for proprietorship??
If not, then whats a procedure??

One of my client purchase a car for his employee against its Flexi fund(as per their internal policy)

So car is booked in the books of companies account as purchased on the name of company. and employee enjoys the car for its personal use.

so in that case, expenses related to car is reimbursed by the company e.g petrol expenses and insurance is also reimbursed.

So insurance and petrol expenses are perquisites?
and is it liable to tax in hands of employee if it is perquisite.?

Mr X salary employee has filled his return with income by more than 1000/- as compare to salary ceritificate given by employee.
What will happen in this case?

WE M/S ABC EXPORT PVT LTD HAD EXPORT IN 2011 OF RMG LADIES GARMENTS IN THIS INVOICE WE HAD TO BE RECEIPT DUTY DRAWBACK RS 1.7 LACS BUT WE HAVE NOT RECEIPT YET. BUT WE HAD CHECKED WITH OUR EXPORT CONSULTANT FOUND THAT PAYMENT HAS BEEN RELEASED BY CUSTOMS BUT WE HAVE CHECKED IN OUR BANK STATEMENT WE HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY NEAREST OR EQUAL AMT ON THAT PERIOD . ANY BODY CAN HELP ME WHAT IS THE PROCESSIOR OF CLAIM THAT AMOUNT ? PLEASE HELP ME...........

a company is continously paying to hotel bills regarding stay , food etc of its clients
whether tds is attracted on such payments by the company to hotels

Is it wise to first rewrite data of all Companies using Ctrl + Alt + R & ONLY AFTER THIS IS DONE , migrate the rewritten Data to Tally .ERP 9 from Tally 7.2 or should this be done ONLY if an Error gets displayed during the Normal Migration process ?
