Data migration from tally 7.2 to tally .erp 9

22 December 2014 Is it wise to first rewrite data of all Companies using Ctrl + Alt + R & ONLY AFTER THIS IS DONE , migrate the rewritten Data to Tally .ERP 9 from Tally 7.2 or should this be done ONLY if an Error gets displayed during the Normal Migration process ?

22 December 2014 No need to rewrite data and then use the migrate tool. Rewrite only when faced problem in migration.

23 December 2014 Have you actually migrated the Data from Tally 7.2 to .ERP 9 ? In case , you have , has all the Data got migrated perfectly and without any errors ? Will the errorless migration be possible if it is being done from a Pirated Version of Tally 7.2 to a Pirated version of Tally .ERP 9 ?

Other members who have done Data Migration on Pirated Versions of Tally 7.2 to .ERP 9 , also PLEASE share your experience .
