24 December 2014 As multiple taxes on a product or service will be eliminated and a single tax will comes into place. Paperwork will become simpler and there will be a reduction in accounting complexities for businesses.

25 December 2014 it is implement for the single tax for multiple tax rate and taxable at multiple stage. it will be single rate all over the india for the same product.so items will be cheaper and remove the tax burden .
