My principal would not sign my exam form as i have filed a complaint against him.I have given my first attempt though in May,2015 which means i am eligible for the exam .please reply

Hello Sir, there is a query regarding disclosure of interest of FY 2013-2014. We had filed MGT 14 of our client on 20/07/2014 and shown it as first board meeting of that year. At the time of finalising the company we received a resolution dated 15/05/2014 from our client and the date of which cannot be changed. Now this is supposed to be the 1st board meeting. What is the remedy so that disclosure is on first board meeting ?

Will the new scheme of examination for ca final applicable from Nov 2015 or from May 2016 onwards.

Hi,

I tried to correct the TDS return of fy 13-14 through online using DSC. I filled in the details of the deductee by clicking on "Add Deductee Row" to the corresponding challan statement.

As soon as I click on "Save Deductee", I get a message as "Error On Page" on bottom left side.
Tried doing the same thing more than 5-6 times.
Please help me in solving the issue as I need to correct the tds returns of FY 13-14 and 14-15 on an urgent basis.
