Can I change CA firm for articleship after signing form 102 and 103. but before sending 103 to Institute for registration. plz help.

Attested copies of all certificates except orientation certificate are with ca. (so didn't register with ICAI).
After 7 days I felt that the working atmosphere was not fitting for me. I informed him that I am unable to continue. But he shouted at me and threatened me of taking legal action and would not allow me to pursue Articleship in the state. He detained me for nearly half an hour, keeping my bag and belongings forcibly.
Can he do any harm to my career? pl help.......!
