25 July 2015 Simply have a chat with him and try to convince him that your attempt is in trouble just bcoz of his non cooperation.

Thanks

26 July 2015 You know CA these days, sir. I had a chat yesterday but he refuses to anything. I have given May 2015 exam and he signed my exam form. What if he does not sign and what would be my options as I have complaint about him to the ICAI?
