Assessee has refund for a.y. 2006-07.What are the time limit for claiming refund?

If a student takes the leave of 3 months for the preparation of exams. Then, the intervening Saturday and Sunday should also be consider as leave? I remember I somewhere read that these Saturday, Sunday and other Gazzeted holidays are do not consider as leave. Please also give the reference for your comments by which can be used as a proof. 1) Is it compulsory to take a clolur zerox copy of all ornaments with details of weight??? or how can we make a records of gold ornaments for wealth tax purpose??? is there any format??

2) For how many years a gold valuation reports can be used ?????
