Whether TDS to be deducted on sales commission paid on sale of potatoes in Mandi.

SALE OF POTATOES IS NOT AN EXEMPTED ACTIVITY IN THE HANDS OF A TRADER. SINCE YOU HAVE STATED IT BY MANDI, I WOULD SAY THE COMMISSION PAYMENT IS GOVERNED BY SEC194H OF THE ACT.
