During 25-26 one of partnership firm has 2.5 crores turnover. Let's me know
1 whether need to file annual return for 25-26 .
2. Which is better after file annual return than file income tax.which one file income tax or Gst return.
3. Due date for annual return Gst & income tax.

18 April 2026 If the partnership firm’s aggregate turnover is ₹2.5 crore in FY 2025-26, then GSTR-9 annual return will generally be applicable. GSTR-9C is not required unless turnover exceeds ₹5 crore. Income-tax return and GST annual return are separate compliances; one is not a substitute for the other. There is no mandatory sequence, but practically it is better to finalize books and GST reconciliations first, then file ITR. Normal due dates are 31.12.2026 for GSTR-9, and for ITR 31.07.2026 if no tax audit / 31.10.2026 if tax audit applies.
