17 February 2009 Hi I am a Final student, goin to take up exams in May2010. Kindly suggest me as to which book is good for Corporate & Allied laws. Also suggest me will there be chances of many amendments if I buy the book & started preparing now?

Is it advisable to buy the book now?

17 February 2009 The main books are 1.Munish Bhandari 2.G.K Kapoor Lectures.

Both books are good but in Munish Bhandari's book, You will get all the past year questions solved and updated.
About the changes, corporate laws get few changes, but there are other laws in syllbus also which have to be prepared like FEMA, SEBI etc. So you will be in better position if you prepare early without thinking about changes.
