In our company CS was resigned he is also compliance officer at BSE/ SHARE, now we will accept the same in board meeting and than inform to BSE/ ROC or without board meeting we will inform to BSE , further new CS will be appointed in a week time so we will file the same after that to bse , please provide the guideline

Sir I have earned Rs 1,80,000/- in six months (April'12 to Sep'12) from the company than I resign from the company. Is TDS should be deducted if Yes than how much ? No TDS has been deducted by company till date now they are making my full and final settlement and I have no saving.

We are paying Freight charges ( Carriage Outwards) to our vendor Aramax, kindly confirm whether we need to deduct Tds?

and the company AOA silent about this matter.
