i want to know CAS 4 certificate
1.to be prepared monthly/yearly basis
2.individual product wise/consolidated for all products.
3.how that is going to effect in CAS 4 if there is price increase of raw material in the middle of the month/year.

Sir, My is an SSI unit and I am importing second hand weaving looms under 3% FOB Basis EPCG Scheme.
I am applying for the license of the same.
When i applied the export obligation in INR comes to only 3 times of duty saved where as the actual export obligation figure should be 8 times of duty saved.
How can i change the export obligation figure to 8 times??

i have recently qualified as a CA, now i want to pursue CS. how can i take admission in cs? is there any exemption from any exam as i am a CA? I also want to know about the training period?

I had started my article ship training on 15-10-2011.I was converting from PE-2 to IPCC. when i can attend my final exam ? can i write this November (Nov-2013) ?

a partner has earned rs. 1000000 as interest from his partnership firm. he has taken some loan for partnership firm purpose i.e., business purpose. the interest payable comes to rs. 900000. he has paid this amt from his own pocket. can he set off this amt of 900000 from the interst earned of 1000000

I am in a partnership firm where there are 2 partners whose profit sharing ratio is equally between both.
My question is how do i calculate the interest on the partners capital ??

Can we take delivery of goods at warehouse other than IEC code branch?
We need to do this just for inspection of goods & sending it to our end user. We just need to change documents before sending goods to final user.

Hi Experts,

One of my colleague is a registered dealer under Delhi VAT and is dealing in goods exempt from DVAT. However, he has not filed any return during the FY 2012-13. He got a show cause notice from the DVAT dept. regarding cancelation of certificate against which he could not send a reply. Now he has got a final order from the office regarding the cancelation of the RC. What is the remedy available with him?

Sir i have a query. i want to take transfer in first year. but my CA said till he dont get the letter from the institute of my starting of articleship he wont sign. that means i cant take transfer because it would take 3-4 months to get article reg. letter. but there is my name under his membership number. what do i do sir. PLZ Reply
