What any unit registered in Central Excise, do trading activity like non excisable item & purchase against Form CT-1 item in same premises\address

22 April 2013 ok sir, but notification for excisable goods removal from factory without payment of duty. mai ye kah raha tha ki koi registered manufactured unit apne usi address se excisable ya non excisable goods ki trading kar sakta hai ki nahi?
