20 April 2013 there is a auto rickshaw driver having 2 auto rishaws. it is the only source of his income.
he want to show his income below exemption limit.
What points should i consider to File his ITR.
Under which head of income i should file it.?
What documents I should take..?
plz help..nd explain it to me...

show the return u/s 44AD
in that you have to show the total receipts and the income on that. remember the income should not be below 8% of receipts though it can be more.
eg if is receipts 500000
you can show any income exeeding 40000. (5% of receipts)
no documents required except the information to be filed in 4S.
don't forget to check is bank account for the receipts.
