Property transferred from cousin through Gift

Dear Sir,
If someone has received a property share in the form of Gift and proper Gift deed is made for that will this be taxable to the person who has received the property share.
Please help me in this matter.

Depends upon from whom he received the property share as GIFT.
If received from 'Relatives' as defined under IT act, no tax liability....
