We hv made a deed between five person tht each share is 1/5 in profit on sales of property n also notronized it.
Now with every one permission we like to change profit sharing ratio. So can v cancel the first deed n make new one?

No need just you prepare supplementary deed referring the clause of profit sharing and amend it and get it notarized again
