Hello everyone,

i had filed service tax returns of my clients for the period july to sep on 4th april 2013.

after one months when i check the xms status it is showing as filed but when i go in view ST3 return then there it is showing as NO RECORDS.

i again tried to upload the return but it is not accepted since it is already filed.

i want to give copy of ST 3 return to my clients.

what is the problem ?

I am studying L.L.B. and my college timings are 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

As i have to show my college timing in articleship form , can i get permission for articleship ?

It is not compulsory to attend college till 5:30 pm , 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm is allowed ..
with this timing can i get permission ?

3%(2+1)ed cess on Paper cess @ 0.125% amount.
in Vapi all paper mills charged 2% & 1% Ed. Cess on (Basic Duty amount+Paper cess amount)which dis allow by Excise Auditor. He is saying that Education cess on paper cess not allow. Paper Mills not showing Paper cess ED Cess in Excise Gate Pass. Kindly confirm ed cess allow or not. If allow provide me notification. I am in under Excise audit now

I need ti understand one thing, we have two organization one is a Private Limited and another one is HUF proprietorship.

In Private Limited firm, my father and my younger brother are the directors. In the HUF proprietorship my father is the Karta and proprietor.

We do a lot of borrowings between the two firm from private Limited to HUF proprietorship and vice versa through banck transfers. Are we doing any violation, do we need to follow interest receivable and payable transactions?

Please clarify my doubt...

We have filled ST-3 Return & they we have ack. receipr after filling of ST-3 Return.

But in ACES.Gov.in site still return status is not showing.

In receipt they have mentioned that see status after one business day, but still they does not show it.

Now should i file return again ?

As they are showing No Record Present for ST-3 return.
