Excise rebate in bihar

Sir/Madam,
We are a manufacturer of lead(by recycling battery scrap) in the state of Bihar. We are very soon going to cross the limit of 1.5 crore turnover for a SSI unit.After which we will come under excise.
Problem in our lead industry in India is that no buyer will pay full excise to the lead seller.There by seller has to bear the burden of the tax themself.But there is not so much of margin to survive.
Is there any chance that government will provide certain percentage of rebate for excise in special case.
Please let me know.Waiting eagerly for reply.

No any other way. Excise liability will come after 1.5 cr.

Are you aware of subsidy on excise in any state in India?
Do you think,by any chance,if we plea the Bihar government they can consider the case and hence provide subsidy in excise to our industry?

The Central Excise laws are for the entire country as a whole and no specific State is given any specific relief.
Since you are manufacturing lead from the scrape which is without any bill and you are not paying any Excise duty on the raw material then you are not at all entitled for any subsidy or rebate. Once you cross the limit of SSI you will be liable for the Central Excise.
