19 April 2013 When reverse charge will be applicable to trust, college,society,school as per new notification in service tax effective from 01.07.2012?

20 April 2013 Reverse charge is based on Service provided and status of service provider/service receiver. So pls. give complete details then only correct opinion is possible.

22 April 2013 Reverse charge mechanism is applicable on case to case basis but mostly to body corporate or business entity registered as a body corporate.
Hence it does not apllies to college, school but the same is applicable in case of sponsorship money is received from person other than firm or company.
