    This has reference to your comments on query of Vijaya regarding service tax applicability Don't you think that the marketing services are covered in Rule 3 of the Place of provision of Service Rules,2012 and the place of provision is the location of the recipient of Service. So in this case the place of provision is outside the taxable territory (services are given to foreign principal) so service tax not attracted here. From 01-07-2012 Rule 6A has been inserted receipt of foreign currency is relevent for claiming export incentives.
