19 April 2013 1) I have filed my it returns for a/y 2012-13
by e-filing with cpc in the month of sept.2012 and and got the acknowledgement in Oct-2012 and further I was informed that since the column in ITR 4 for Bank a/c. No. was not mentioned and wait for 141(1) then I got 141(1) also and after filling up the same I got the reply that there is no refund failure and payment will be sent thro refund banker. But so far nothing has come. The experts from CCI suggested tall free nos. to contact and I use to receive typical answers to wait for some time.

I this regard, I just like to request the Experts/CAs for my knowledge, whether the people receiving calls at tall free nos. are form IT dept or they are just mediators giving the same replies always since they kept on telling me that my returns were duly processed and wait to receive refund for over 6 months. Can it be possible for the assessee to contact the concerned staff of IT to know the cause for such a delay. Whether are there anybody or experts to bring such problems to the notice of higher authorities to solve.

05 June 2013 The final information is passed on the special cell of the IT Department and they provide you the details. The authorised Bank is SBI and they will intimate you accordingly.
