Step-by-Step Procedure: Get DSC & DPIN: Apply for Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) for all designated partners and obtain their Designated Partner Identification Numbers (DPINs). Name Reservation: Apply for name approval using Form RUN-LLP on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) website portal, proposing up to six unique names. Gather Documents: Collect necessary documents: partner IDs/address proofs (PAN, Aadhaar, Passport), registered office address proof (utility bill, rent agreement), and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the landlord. File Incorporation Forms: File Form 2 (Incorporation) electronically with the Registrar of Companies (ROC). Include partners' consent in Form 9 and the signed LLP Subscription Sheet. A practicing professional (CA/CS/Advocate) must certify these forms. Get COI: The ROC issues the digital Certificate of Incorporation (COI) and a unique LLP Identification Number (LLPIN). Draft & File LLP Agreement: Within 30 days, draft the LLP Agreement, pay the required stamp duty (based on capital contribution), and file it as Form 3 on the MCA portal.
