as per icai both purchases and sales are real a/c ;then :
which of the following item is an asset:
a)salary paid to manager
b)accounts payable
c)sales
d)debtors

answer is debtors
but also sales can be the answer as per the icai's statement of sales a/c being a real a/c.....
please explai!

to cash a/c

why not:
p&l a/c dr.
to cash embezzlement a/c

Is it essential for a Pvt Ltd company (having assets n bank balances running into lakhs) to hold such meetings every year?
In holding such a meeting is it essential for the Directors to send Notices to all shareholders at their registered address? If so,can it be by ordinary post or by Regd post?
