my exam is in may 14 ,but my boss do not give leave for 6 month & I also tell them that you will extend my article ship time but he will not agree in giving extention. so if I will not go to articleship is there any legal peoceeding he will take against me. please give solution.

An article can takes 1/6th of the working days as leave...
If you didn't have crossed the prescribed limit then I think your Principal CA can't do anything...
