what is the last due date for filling examination form and were can i find exam form?????? as results are already out i am not able to find exam form online.

please clarify stamp paper bought in 2008 by a pvt ltd company for the purpose of signing marketing agreement with another pvt ltd company where the said companys never existed in 2008 but only formed in 2010. can that agreement be valid in court of law. please advise. thsnk you

Now my query is if we give a contract for printing of logos etc and material will be supplied by us then tds will be attracted or not please clarify me

I am a CA currently working into Indirect Tax. But i am not happy with my current job.
I want to switch my career.
I wish to go into Finance/Direct Tax domain.

One of my friend said that SAP/Oracle is also a good career. It gives a good package.

What should i do ?
Should i go for SAP or search for Finance/Direct Tax ?

I have completed my CA in 2011 and I am in job for the last 13 years.

Now I am planning to add either LLB or CS in my qualification, please give your expert advice which will be better for future as I will remain in Job only i.e corporate sector.

Before leaving India and become NRI, one need to convert their saving bank account into NRO. The onus to change is on individual and not on bank.

Question is if the same is not converted by individual or converted later may be after becoming NRI say 10 years, then is there any panel provision under FEMA for individual or RBI Notification?

Citi bank charged management fee quarterly in name of select one fee for financial year 2011-12.

Whether tds was required to be deducted on it.
Bank did not give us any invoice they charged the same by debiting our bank account
