please clarify stamp paper bought in 2008 by a pvt ltd company for the purpose of signing marketing agreement with another pvt ltd company where the said companys
never existed in 2008 but only formed in 2010. can that agreement be valid in court of law. please advise.

stamp paper has no expiry date...so the company has all the rights to buy stamp papers in advance...so it should not be an issue as such.
