19 January 2014 I have completed my CA in 2011 and I am in job for the last 13 years.

Now I am planning to add either LLB or CS in my qualification, please give your expert advice which will be better for future as I will remain in Job only i.e corporate sector.

CA + LLB or CA+CS.

19 January 2014 CS will be a better option as compared to correspondence/distance LLB(if you want to do it by regular then there are good options).
In CS you will not only get some similarities of CA curriculum but you may also get exemption from training.As per my knowledge ,in CS 15months training is exempt if one has more than 5years of post qualification experience.
With 13years of experience you must have good knowledge of top/middle level management & might be you have dealt ROC,secreterial,AGM etc matters whether directly or indirectly.

I want to inform that from starting of my job I am handling indirect tax i.e excise and now from last 5 years handling 4 RMC plants accounting, excise issues or small other issues of small manufacturing plants.
