Please guide how to get revised Cheque for Tax Refund in case Bank Acct. No. is inaccurate in Tax Refund Cheque.

What are the formalities & where to apply/approach with what documents?

19 January 2014 go to the AO of the respective circle and give him application regarding your issue for issuance of new cheque. alternatively you can approach the "refund cell" and they will help you for the same
