Can parents claim deductions under section 80C on repayment of housing loan EMI in case the repayment is made from the account of their son. Please note that parents are showing the amount repaid from the account of their son as GIFT RECEIVED from their son.... So can parents claim deduction with regard to such emi paid by their son in form of Gift?

A agency has 32 workers giving Rs.5500 pm to each is not deducting EPF and also not contributing his share. Is it correct? Is it complusery for him to implement the laws of EPF.

We received late filing fee of e tds return for 3rd quarter of F Y 2012-13 As per our records we had submitted it to our CA on 10/10/12 but due to mismatch with treasury or any other reasons it was late filed on 04/01/2013 . Who is responsible here for late fee DDO , CA or Treasury ?

We have procured goods under Advance license and given bank guarantee.export obligation is pending.

but later we become Status Holder of STar export house.

now the customs authorities are enforcing the BG to the bank because of pending export obligation.

i heared that exception from bank guaratee for Status holder.

can we have any chance to stop. to enforcing the bank guaratee.
