15 February 2014 A agency has 32 workers giving Rs.5500 pm to each is not deducting EPF and also not contributing his share. Is it correct? Is it complusery for him to implement the laws of EPF.

If Basic salary is above Rs.6500 then only they are exempted from contributing PF.
