Tax treatment

If a company purchases goods @ 4 % vat and transfer such goods to its branch at some other state(branch transer) against form'F' and branch further sells the goods..In this case what shall be the tax scenario as it is in the case of reversal & how the credit of tax will be utilized??

Nri home loan

Can NRE avail loan to buy commercial property. If yes is there any difference in interest rate. 2nd what if NRE becomes resident of India after few years. But NRE loan still exist.

Service tax in restaurants

Sir, I would like to have some clarification regarding service tax applicable to restaurants. Assume a scenario where a restaurant has a non AC self service hall in the ground floor and an AC service hall in the first floor. Is service tax applicable to both areas??

Tds on purchase of immovable property

if a person buy a flat for rs 48 lacs but later on under section 56(2)(7)b the value is assessed at rs 65 lacs then is he also liable to provisions of TDS on purchase of flat if yes then what is the penalty etc
