15 February 2014 For circulars & notifications, ICAI updates,are they copied & pasted from other websites? If yes, does google not penalize this Cca site for th same?

15 February 2014 1. Google has not right to penalize as it doesnt hold any regulatory power or any copyright on such things.

2. the updates/circulars/notifications dont form part of any proprietary information. So where is the violation of copyright.

3. where any copyrighted material is copied here without permission of the author, in such cases action can be taken against the person who shared such content..
