Can NRE avail loan to buy commercial property. If yes is there any difference in interest rate. 2nd what if NRE becomes resident of India after few years. But NRE loan still exist.

NRI can not avail home loan to but commercial property but can avail home loan to buy Residential property or can avail commercial loan to buy commercial property.
For your second query you can get information from your Bankers since every bank have they diff policy & RBI is not governing in this regard.

Thanks. And m planning to avail 18 lacs loan here in kuwait @ 2.64% p. A. Much lower compare to indian rate interest on loan. Where can I invest in india to make best use of the fund.
