sir, in this year my gross receipts are below 10 lacs , is it required to charge service tax in my bills to the party??

he we issue invoices without service tax even though i had taken Service tax no.

I sold my 'A' flat in 2012, (which was kept for more than 3 years) and reinvested by purchasing under construction residential property 'B' by entering in to the agreement in 2013, subsequently I sold flat 'B' too in 2013 and reinvested in new residential flat 'C' in 2013.So my question is,
1. Whether I am eligible to take reinvestment benefit for capital gain arising out of sale of property 'A' for capital gain purpose by purchasing property 'C'?

i am doing articles, i have got terminated from my old principle and i have sent my 109 form. now i should join in new firm .i lost copies of 109 form which i have sent to institute by post,.i did not get my termination confirmation letter till now.i want to send query to send me back this termination confirmation at least through e mail so that i can submit it to my new principle.can u please send me the link of icai to which i can send the request to mail me termination confirmation letter to my email i.d .
