Dear Sir,
NOW WE HAVE TO SUBMIT DATE OF BIRTH PROOF WITH PAN CARD APPLICATION IT IS COMPULSORY MY FRIEND HAS DON'T HAVE ANY PROOF OF DOB THAT'S WAY THE LAST OPTION IS AFFIDAVIT ON 100 RS STAMP PAPER.
therefor i want DOB affidavit format.
