Our building is under redevelopment. Builder is giving us Rs. 450000 as rent for accommodation till the building is constructed & deducted tds 10 percent.Is this amount Taxable?if taxable as what income? Can i claim refund ? if i live in less rented house ie. Rs.15000/- rent house. Please guide

The income is taxable under the head Income from House Property.
